Adobe Chicken and Cilantro Lime Rice

Tonight's dinner was Adobo chicken with the Chipotle Lime Rice that Jessica pinned on Pinterest a couple weeks ago.  I also made stir fry vegetables.  Both my 11 year old son and husband commented that it was the only rice they would take a second helping of. :-)
