Crusty Bread

This bread is SO easy and so very delicious. I like to make it with fresh rosemary, a tablespoon or two of dehydrated onions, and a handful of cheese.
I usually use 2 parts white flour and 1 part whole wheat.
It's fun to experiment with the recipe.

Makes the BEST grilled sandwhiches or side with soup.

Don't have a cast iron Dutch oven? Don't worry, it also works in a ceramic casserole dish with a good lid.
